I didn't stayed here just walked by to other businesses. Although I've got very much great information on the place as I do like to ask about places. Sure does earns a 4 star out of 5..come and enjoy one of my hometowns' hotels
Servicio por parte de los dependientes muy bueno, muy amables, se sentía muy confortable cruzar palabra con ellos. El agua tarda un poco en calentarse, pero nada que no pase a mal.
Yo fui a Leon por el buen fin del 15 al 18 de noviembre y me hospedé en este hotel porque mi suegra vive cerca, el primer día nos recibieron muy bien pero después la Señora Guadalupe Gómez fue muy mala anfitriona ya que nos ponía cara para abrir la puerta del estacionamiento y el día 18 se puede decir que corrió a los huéspedes porque había un desfile del cual nunca informaron y no pudimos tomarnos nuestro tiempo de salida , por lo cual ya no volveremos a este hotel por el servicio de esta señora, espero lo tomen en cuenta sino van a seguir perdiendo clientes.

Para empezar un gran lugar San Francisco del Rincón, gran atención de sus encargadas, nos consintieron como familiares, sobrepasan el nivel de servicio esperado, fue un placer hospedarse aquí
La ubicación es muy buena, el personal fue amable todo el tiempo, el hotel es pequeño pero limpio, solo coincido con demás gente.. la habitación tenía ligero olor a drenaje y la cama no es de lo más cómoda
